Reservations / Booking procedures:
All correspondence must send to our Istanbul main office. All reservations requests must be made by email or fax.
Price Guarantee:
Price guarantee once confirmation made by Navigatour.
Cancellation:
Navigatour confirms all activity on a booking for initial reservation, changes and cancellations. Notice of cancellation must be done in writing to Navigatour Travel Agency. Cancellations are not valid without our return confirmation.
The standard cancellation policy is as below:
Cancellation 40 days or more prior to date of arrival
20% of the total reservation value will not be refunded.
Cancellation 25 - 39 days prior to date of arrival
50% of the total reservation value will not be refunded.
Cancellation 15 - 24 days prior to date of arrival
70% of the total reservation value will not be refunded.
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to date of arrival
100% of the total reservation value will not be refunded.
No Show
100% of the total reservation value will not be refunded.
Surface Transportation:
Land transportation is provided in accordance with the itinerary by air conditioned coach or minibus or car, depending upon size of group.
Meals:
Meals during tours included as described in each itinerary by the code letters (B) Breakfast, (L) for Lunch and (D) for Dinner.
Hotels / Hotel Categories:
Hotel Categories given in our list are official. Navigatour reserves the right to substitute hotels for those named in the itineraries for tours in the same category.
Our guides:
Navigatour uses guides who are professional, certified by ministry of Tourism and Culture of Republic of Turkey, with high language fluency levels, extensive knowledge.
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited on motor coaches.
Disability:
Any physical disability requiring special treatment must be reported to Navigatour at the time of reservation.
Not included in the costs:
Passport and visa fees, inoculations and vaccinations, any expenses prior to arrival in Turkey, camera fees, airport departure taxes, excess baggage, forwarding of baggage and souvenirs, meals not specified in the itinerary and beverages.
Travel Documents:
An international passport which should be valid for at least 6 months beginning with your departure date, is required for immigration at airport and hotel procedures.
Travel Insurance:
To allow for any unexpected contingencies, we strongly recommend to obtain comprehensive travel insurance for such items as foreign medical care and baggage-loss or damage. Navigatour will not accept any responsibility for these items.
What to bring:
If you are on medication, please bring enough medicine to last you for the entire trip as there may not be an opportunity to resupply your medicines en route.
Turkey's climate shows similarity in spring (April-May) and in fall (September-November). In both seasons you may encounter rain and cold weather as well as sunny weather. Nights may be chilly. ln summer (June-September) weather is perfectly sunny. Usually, the nights will be comfortable but there may be slight exceptions. In winter (December-March), weather is cold most often and you may incur snow besides rain. However, you may also see sunny days in winter. Expect warmer weather in the southern areas of Turkey. You may encounter exceptions at any time, so be ready.
What to wear : In spring and fall, a warm jacket and sweater will keep you comfortable, while in winter it is advisable to wear thick, waterproof clothing. It is best in summer time. Just wear a t-shirt, and light pants or shorts. If you are sensitive to sunburn, pay special attention to bring sun block lotion, sunglasses and a hat. A good sturdy pair of walking shoes are essential.
Possible changes in the Itinerary:
Occasionally, tours may be extended or curtailed because of unforeseen changes in the transportation schedules. There may also be other instances in which changes become necessary or advisable. Any cost increase (decrease) realized from these changes affected by Navigatour, will be burden by Navigatour.
Special Requests:
Special requests, such as handicapped accessible, non-smoking, connected / adjacent rooms need to be clearly indicated at the time of sending the reservation request. Navigatour will try to confirm the special requests prior to arrival. |
